Measures We've Taken to Ensure Your Safety
To provide a safe environment for our clients, we have implemented several key upgrades:
- Enhanced Air Purification: In addition to our Clean Air AeroVex system, we have installed the GPS Breath Easy System, a medical-grade air purification system, to further ensure the cleanliness of the air in the salon.
- Upgraded Disinfectants: We have upgraded to higher-grade disinfectants to maintain a thoroughly clean and sanitized salon environment.
- Advanced Cleaning Equipment: Our cleaning protocols now include using an ultrasonic cleaner for implements, followed by sterilization with a medical-grade autoclave.
- Increased Cleaning Time: We are scheduling additional time between clients to ensure that all areas are properly cleaned and disinfected.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
- Health Precautions: We kindly ask that you wear a mask if you’ve been exposed to someone who is sick or if you’re feeling unwell.
- Arrival Instructions: Upon arriving for your appointment, please remain in your car. Follow the text prompts you receive to know when to enter the salon.
- Symptom Policy: If you are experiencing symptoms of a cough, cold, or flu, please cancel your appointment in advance. To ensure the health and safety of everyone, a fee will be charged for appointments where clients arrive displaying signs of illness.
- Credit Card Requirement: To book an appointment, Polished on Main requires a valid credit card to be placed on file.
Cancellations
- Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
- Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will require a charge for the full amount of the booked services.
It is your responsibility to review your service confirmation for accuracy regarding dates, services, and times. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these details. You will be charged for the services booked, and refusal to pay will result in the cancellation of all future appointments.
Running Late?
- Timeliness: Please be punctual. If you arrive late, your service provider may not be able to perform the service due to time constraints. We often have back-to-back appointments, so arriving on time is crucial.
- Late Arrival Policy: If you are late but your service provider agrees to proceed, the session time will not be extended, and any time lost will be deducted from your allotted session.
- No Show Policy: Failure to arrive on time may result in being considered a “no show,” with the full amount of the service booked charged, and you may be asked to reschedule.
Refund/Return Policy
- Polished on Main does not offer refunds or returns for services rendered or retail purchases. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to communicate openly with your professional.
